I liked Chipotle when I would go there but I stopped visiting Chipotle after their repeat Ecoli issues. I don't want to get sick from eating there. One incident is bad enough, but multiple issues are not good. The service style at Chipotle was nice because you got to pick all the things that you like in your bowl or burrito. It was good when I went there just not confident about the food safety any more.

Always a long line. Also, sometimes the staff doesn't wear gloves/hair nets. The food is really good though.

I don't know how they manage to mess an order up so simple, especially with me pretty much watching them, but on 3/11/20 around 7pm they forgot my side of hot sauce, even though I watched him put it in the container, I guess he didn't put it in the bag, like the bag was right there, I guess I gotta watch you guys closer if there's a next time. You guys need to slow down and stop rushing, they sounded very rude and rushes me and my order. And the chips were stail. This is like the 4th this this happened at this location. Never has Taco Bell messed up my custom orders. For how expensive Chipotle is they shouldn't be messing up like that. I wanted to go back but then my food would have been cold. Very upsetting since this keeps happening at this location.

Food is pretty good. The only thing that is lacking is some of the employees burrito wrapping skills. It's a roll of the dice on whether your burrito is falling apart or not. Should be a requirement to get hired if you ask me....

For a Chipotle the service is speedy with infrequent mistakes and when mistakes do arise they are dealt with just as fast. On the very off chance they aren't, the managers have proven to be diligent to address the problem and resolve it. Aside from service, it's a fairly popular and busy restaurant so ordering online is recommended since their order accuracy extends to their takeout. Only critique really is cleanliness of the restaurant day to day, which is still head and shoulders above a majority of local restaurants.

Brown Guacamole, confused servers and the overall feeling of stress amongst the employees there just now. Overfilling burritos that were breaking and spilling all over the counter. They need help here. I love chipotle and eat it very often but being a passer by I cannot recommend this one at all. Sorry for the bad review.

Fast food where you can design your own products. Be careful they will make it the way you want. That's a good thing.

This place is terrible! Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I've given them numerous chances and have never been satisfied with their service. AND THEY ALWAYS RUN OUT OF CHIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you mobile order better add 15min to the pickup time or you will be sitting there asking them if they are going to start to make your food.

Wow. I try to eat healthier going to chipotle. I’m relatively new to this area and they barely put anything in my bowl. This looks like something a child would eat relative to proportion for something that’s $10, I got about $3 worth of food. I’ll just go to Fairfield since they at least want to feed you.

The place was dirty. Trash was overflowing, the tables were covered in food and trash. We cleaned our own table, thinking they were just busy, but they didn't clean anything the entire time we were there. The food was good, better than normal, but we wouldn't have eaten there if we had noticed how dirty before ordering, and we weren't so hungry.

This is the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. I worked at Chipotle so the issues in this store are abundantly clear. Poor food handling practices, poor customer service, they're always out of what you need, so on and so forth. I've given this location a chance multiple times.

visited this place a couple of times but tonight had to be the worseeee service ever. And let me state I HAVE no choice but to go to this location because it’s near the area I stay. The girls in the front just talk and don’t attend to you right away. Looks over staffed and I mean come you really need one person for each item? Like that is not even service that shows who’s running this place doesn’t know how operations should run. Looks like the manager’s are just walking around and not doing their job. This is the last time I’ll be coming here, lack of flavor, lack of service, lack of organization. YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Worst-managed Chipotle you will ever visit. Messy floors, tables, and even the food serving areas have food everywhere. About 8-10 staff with many standing around talking without any concern for details or cleaning up.

This location was very clean. The workers were very nice and extremely friendly, and helpful. Since I have a difficult diet, I told them about it and they worked with me to get what I could eat, and even added a little extra because it was so little. Honestly, this was an amazing experience and highly recommend this location

Burrito as big as your head! Pretty good!

As Chipotle's go, there is nothing unusual about this particular location. In my experience they are hit-or-miss with the flavor although ordering time is fast and there is plenty of indoor seating (minimal outdoor seating). Their proprietary smartphone application facilitates to-go orders and there is a shelf next to the cash register for that which was added recently. Due to their location, they do get very busy at select times. For the dedicated types, you can probably get better Burrito flavors at other not-as-convenient/fast restaurants in Vacaville such as Pelayos and Murillos.

I forgot how good their burritos were they're great.

Got here at 1:30 p, figured it would after the lunch rush, not too many people in front of me (maybe 6-7), but the pace was sloooow... no personality by employees.. I ordered the salad to go, and they forgot to give me dressing. Not impressed as compared to other locations.

Service is consistently subpar. We use the app for orders and they get it wrong or there is a huge delay or both. Food is good and it is the only Chipotle in town unfortunately.

I love Chipotle but I have to be honest in my reviews. Great location, great food, but very slow service. I come here every weekday between 4 and 5. Every single day, there is a line to the door and it moves slowly. They tend understaffed and it seems their service is not very efficient. Most days, I stand in line for 15 - 20 minutes before I finally get my food.

Worst customer service I have received today! I placed my order online at 10:45am to pick up at 11:00am I arrived at 11:15am to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. I asked the lady and she said it was being made but it actually wasn’t . They did not start making my food until 11:30. So I did not leave until 11:45am. People who were walking in were getting there food while I was waiting. I received no apology or anything. Super disappointed. All I ordered was 2 burrito bowls. Not to mention once I received it, It was missing my side of chips and guacamole.

This place is great and have some great vegetarian options. Great quality of food and good choices of meat options. Only complaint is that all there topping options have onions, so if you are getting all veggies than be prepared for lots of red onion.

Good service and the fish tacos are consistently good.
